Here are some of our favourite IKEA HACKS to level up your home!
I think one of my favourite hobbies is simply going through pinterest to see how I can uplevel the Ikea furniture I already own.
Here are some of my best finds!
1. Painting your PAX wardrobes
A simple coat of paint can upcycle your ikea furniture and give it that custom and stylish look you want. Majority of ikeas furniture is available is a white colour and so it makes it really easy to customise!

2. Using MDF for that build in look
This can be done in so many differnt ways, but put simply, fit in your ikea furniture and fill the gaps with MDF to give that built in look. This can be nailed in or even glued in with wood glue...paint to the colour you want and you have a fully customised look. Also, with ikea, it normally gives you a fully organised feel too!
3. Putting hardware on ikea furniture
This can include legs, handles and styling extras to level up that look. Make it quirky, rustic or minimal. Links below!

4. Trofast desk
I love this idea for a kids room! Simply install the trofast systems with a gap in the middle. Place a piece of mdf on top or even one of ikeas desk tops and you have the perfect sized desk for your little ones.
Not only that, but you get all the storage that come with the trofast system too! Yes please!

5. Kallax shelving unit divider
Do you have a room share? Maybe your kids are sharing but need a bit more of their own space? To be honest, this can be done with any piece of furniture, however, the kallax unit allows for a more breezy and open feel.
I personally always shared a room with my younger sister and this is something that we did to divide our spaces and it was the best hack ever!
